Our goal is to provide effective communication access and exceptional service for the Deaf, hard of hearing, DeafBlind, and hearing individuals and organizations we serve.
I believe strongly in personalized, old-fashioned customer service: listening to our clients, understanding their needs, and treating every person with respect. We work to match clients with qualified interpreters who have the skills and experience appropriate for each assignment.
NOSLS is also committed to strengthening the interpreting profession. Through mentorship, training, professional development, and hands-on experience, we support aspiring and working interpreters as they develop their skills, pursue credentials, and grow professionally.
Our commitment to the community extends beyond the services we provide. When NOSLS is not the best resource for a particular need, we are happy to share information about other reputable interpreting agencies and available resources.
